Hospice RN - Nights (Job ID OOJ - 8878)

The Registered Nurse – After Hours is responsible for providing patient care in a variety of settings including traditional residential homes, Assisted and skilled facilities, hospitals and the hospice care center - locations are throughout Mesa County, in and around Grand Junction, CO. This role is responsible for making symptom management & urgent visit needs and attending after hour deaths for all HopeWest service lines.  The After-Hours Nurse is an experienced clinician skilled at quickly assessing the patient/family situation and possible interventions. Communication is thorough and specific to the audience. The RN will work from home between patient visits. The schedule is: 3-12hr shifts, 7pm-7am that rotate through nights of the week, no set schedule but will know their shifts 6 weeks in advance.
